Should your order have been processed and already despatched we regret we will be unable to cancel. Providing your order has not been despatched we will issue a full refund.

We take great care when handling and packaging your order, so it will arrive with you in good condition. However once a parcel has left our premises, it is out of our control.
Should your parcel arrive in a damaged condition that has affected the quality of the product inside, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing mommabearssweetsandgifts@hotmail.com including photographic evidence.
Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, we will only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel as damaged upon receipt.

​In the unfortunate event that your order has not been delivered we will be unable to issue a refund until the courier declares that the parcel is lost.
If your parcel has been marked as delivered on the tracking but you dispute this, you will need to complete a denial of delivery form and provide evidence so that an investigation may be carried out. We will only issue a refund following a thorough investigation with the courier which confirms the parcel has not been delivered.
If you have entered an incorrect address and the parcel has been delivered to this address we will not offer a refund due to customer error. It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery information is correct.
Should an order be returned to us by the courier because it could not be delivered due to you entering your address incorrectly, 3 attempts being made and you were out, or for any other reason, we will contact you and either refund your order less the original postage charge, or resend to another address. However to resend the order will incur an additional delivery charge.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund should we feel the reasons stated are inaccurate, not valid or false.

Returns
​​We want you to be delighted with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not happy with your order and would like to return it, please contact us in the first instance be emailing mommabearssweetsandgifts@hotmail.com
Returns must be received within 14 days from receipt in a good unused condition in the original packaging. When packaging please ensure the item is adequately protected so that the goods are not damaged in transit, as in this instance we may not be able to refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered carrier and obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for returned parcels being lost or damaged in transit. Once your return has been approved an exchange or refund will be issued. Refunds will be for the full purchase price less the postage. Should you chose an exchange an additional delivery charge is payable, unless the return is due to the item being faulty. Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours of return to Momma Bears.
Please include your order number and the reason for return.
Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event that you should receive a faulty item, firstly please accept our apologies. We would ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing mommabearssweetsandgifts@hotmail.com including photographic evidence. We will do our utmost to resolve the matter quickly and to your complete satisfaction.
